Crescent mooooon

Okay, so in this challenge was one where we had to use various different crescent moons. I was quite excited actually! The crescent moon tangle is one of my favorite ones. Got a bit mixed up in the beginning, but I guess it worked out in the end. Well, anyway let me know what you think :)

Challenge Accepted

This weeks challenge was to create a zentangle using a new doodle. (Pea-nuckle) I thought the doodle was very innovative and fun. It was quite difficult at first, to try and find out a way to shade it creatively but I had to settle for a different way to do my zentanlge.

Tools of Torture

Got the last two teeth removed. Is that a cause of celebration? NO. My first tooth got out a bit more easily. However my face was swollen to the size of a football. The second tooth? Well, lets just say that an x-ray which was taken 3 months earlier showed that there was just one root left. The other had dissolved. However whilst removing my tooth half way they realized that, well, all the roots were there and fully intact. So the dentist couldn't give me another numbing injection cause we were half way done. And after a lot of pulling and tugging... my tooth cracked. The root is still there the tooth is out. They can't cut open my gum and pull it out (Yes. that has happened before) because the permanent tooth is there and is fully grown. So I had to take pain killers after. It has been 24 hours. It still hurts.

Started participating in 'I am the diva' challenges. :) Pretty excited. Not much of a 'zentangler' myself but thought I'd give it a shot. I had to use brown in my zentangles. Thought about using waste material as it is environmental friendly, it will go well with the brown and... well it looks pretty cool! I was a bit unsure whether or not the pens will dry on the shells but luckily... They did! ;D

Dentists

Going to visit the dentist is absolutely not fun. It painful and... well... simply not pleasant. Especially when you have had 16 (and counting) teeth extracted. (going to get two more removed tomorrow and day after.) Its actually a very simply technique. First they apply a numbing cream like thing around the gums of the tooth which is to be removed, (it tastes like body shops raspberry lip balm.) then they give you an injection which just numbs everything. Then comes the "pulling of the tooth" with a pair of plier like looking tools. So yes. 'really looking forward to it.'

After a long week, and a very exhausting day I'm finally home. Doing some wicked zentangles, inspired by well, inspirational music. (Yes, I call Coldplay, The Wombats etc. inspirational.) Can't wait for the summer break to start! Getting a Coldplay T-shirt! (FINALLY)

Probably will start putting up my Zentangles.. hmm.. (Yes. I am not good with titles. Most probably they will be all named untitled with a number a the end to state how many times I have used it!)

Bricks

On the way to Mudh Island for the long weekend, we started making a list. 101 uses for a brick! 37 more uses left! Yay! Don't quite know what to do with the list yet, but I'm still finding ways to finish it first! kinda hard after finishing 50!

Finally came back from the exhausting weekend trip to Singapore. Great place to visit...! however this trip wasn't exactly the highlight of this month. It was pretty bad. :( But I am making it up to myself by going to watch the Hunger Game. After reading the books, ndhfbdsefjvnfcfgmbhfjfmcmh, I had no words to describe it. It was so amazing it just ruined all the other so called 'good books'. But sooner or later I will find another one. (hopefully)

Tumblr, You've done it again.

I saw the cutest picture on someone's Tumblr page., after which I am thinking about getting a Tumblr page. Not quite sure.
Spring break started. However, teachers don't quite understand the concept of holiday. They think its a new excuse to pile us with homework. And all our response is, "Sure, sure we'll do it..." But end up doing everything in homeroom on the day back to school.

M&M

My friend Neesha and I were painting today and eating M&Ms (NOM) :D so, just for fun we separated all the different colors and shiz. Well.. it was sad without Ritu. (she just went through an appendix surgery and couldn't come) So we thought of making a stop motion video. With... any guesses? (god! I'm not a big purple dinosaur, its sad I have to keep reminding myself :P) M&Ms!
It was kind of a fail cause half way through the camera battery died and god knows where the charger is! So. We have a half done painting and a half done stop motion video and no M&Ms to spare. So we just ended up planking and talking. (love planking :D and no not the 'good workout' plank, just lying down face flat. Ahhhh... feeling so relaxing)
Thinking of finishing the M&M video before spring break ends. So we have about a week and a half left! (yeah) Though the only problem is that we NEVER have enough M&Ms. We end up eating it most of it before we can click all the pictures. So i guess we'll have to get the XXL bag next time! 

Its Been A While

After s few weeks, I have returned from the dead. :P
So. I have given myself a challenge. Every week, I will find a kick-ass song. Now thats not as easy as it seems. I set my bar high when it comes to good music. I mean come on! Why is 'Fireworks' still on the itunes top downloaded? Katy Perry used to have better music. Well, that was until the Arkells released their new album Michigan Left. I mean. WoW! The entire album is literally amazing! These are a few of the songs I can't stop listening to.

Wide canvas

For some unknown reason I have all ways found sunsets interesting. How every day the sky somehow magically paints over its self. Every day a new art work. So, I have made it a point to try to capture the one-of-a-kind artworks via camera. Not somehow working out very well , but.... I have an entire album full of beauty. These are a few I recently shot.

History 101

So... One summer... A long time ago.... My brother and I started making craft items for an exhibition. We started thinking of names for the project title and finally we got  a title (thanks to mom, of course) Due to the fact that our catch phrase the entire summer was 'I am bored' "This is boring" 'I have nothing to do'. So hence came upon thy great significant of "OUT OF BOREDOM"


Thus began the prosperous journey my mom took by in the world of blogging. She then (recently) changed her title... but the inspiration of the blog was from, of course, I. Thy master of......... well... I haven't quite decided yet. So... check out the blog...
